Two Legs show me what he calls 'great outdoors'. Two Legs say "Go on then"
I thinks "Go on then" means I go into great outdoors.
I has been there and I is not sure I likes.
I chased Blacky - a new stray that Two Legs is feeding - and he vanishes over big woody thing. I can't follow. I is alone and frightened.
I followed The Bumbles out of hole in door but she vanishes over big woody thing and I is alone.
I no likes alone.
I sits and looks.
Two Legs tell other Two Legs I sits and looks for ages.
Then a big flappy thing swoops out of sky.
Two Legs say it is Pigeon.
What is Pigeon?
It makes whooshy noise and I is frightened.
I run back into Two Legs house.
I is safe there and I can do what I want.
Great outdoors is very very big!!!
I is Maximus Spittimus and I 'as spoken
Wow, sounds like you had quite the experience with the great outdoors. Our mom only lets us out when she is holding us. We like it when she holds us because the great outdoors is kind of scary.
ReplyDeleteyeah, maximus--we only goes out when our daddy holds us, too. the only fing wrong wif the outdoors is that there's too much of it!! beware them pigeon-y things--they has sharp beaks an' claws, an' knows how to use them to puncture kitties. be wise an' stick close to two-legs indoors; remember, that's where yer food comes from. an' besides, ya looks furry comfy an' decoratively handsome onnat mat! no need to mess wif perfection.
ReplyDeleteMaximus, if you don't want to go out that is ok. We never go outside unless it is to go to the vet. Some kitties like outside, some don't - maybe it just isn't for you.
ReplyDeleteMaximus, do what makes you happy...no expectations, no judgements...just be happy=you're a cat, it's the law...purrs...Calle, Halle, Sukki
ReplyDeleteYou will some day find the joy of killing said pigeon, tis your nature little one
ReplyDeleteMy cats love the outdoors and spend most of their time out there. But they are half feral.
